Marshall Goldsmith Partners leverages a broad set of experiences and resources to deliver strategic value at the corporate level and at the level of each executive with whom we work. We provide companies with developmental coaching and related services. We apply the Goldsmith Coaching ProcessTM, or in some circumstances the principles of the process, to individual executives and to leadership teams. We also deliver leadership development services such as executive assessment, training internal coaches and designing internal leadership programs.

In contrast with many coaching providers who simply broker relationships between individual leaders and coaches, Marshall Goldsmith Partners aims to establish a strategic partnership with each of our clients. Because we operate as a cohesive business and not simply a loose association or network of executive coaches, we are uniquely equipped to provide our clients with integrated, high-value account management services, simplifying administration and offering greater pricing transparency. The structured nature of our business combined with the depth of our resources means that we are also able to respond quickly and easily to changes in corporate priorities.

In recognition that one size does not fit all, we create a customized program to fit each client's particular needs. Where we work with multiple leaders within an organization, we can provide value on a number of dimensions:

  • Design and refinement of coaching models and processes to meet company-specific objectives and competency profiles
  • Aggregated insights from multiple coaching engagements that can be used to specify assessment processes, identify derailment factors, design leadership development programs and inform other facets of human capital strategy
  • Consistent measurement processes to assess behavior change through coaching and other leadership interventions that can be applied beyond the scope of our own coaching relationships
  • Program management for a portfolio of coaching engagements, potentially including other coaching providers
